Time to start blogging?.. Again.

It seems everyone and their pet has a blog these days. For many years I thought starting my own would be unoriginal and waste of my free time, which I lack anyway.

But then I've been thinking lately, that blogging would help me in several ways - express myself, enhance my social and communication skills and gain some visibility, to name a few.

Come to think of it, I used to blog at the turn of the century, when blogging was not yet all the hype. It wasn't even yet called "blogging" back then. It was sort of a personal journal about my first experiences and impressions in the new country, as I just came in the US. I still have those early pages archived offline...

As a long-standing Open Source and Linux follower, developer and activist, I would try to stick to that topic in my posts, keeping personal matters and other offtopic issues to a minimum. I hope my posts will find their audience.
